Objective

Whether you are typing an email, chatting with friends online or creating a document at work, being a fast typist will save time and you will work more efficiently than those who "hunt and peck."  The goal is for CMS students to take an active interest in their typing and their academic progress.

High School Credit

One semester of keyboarding at the middle school earns 1/2 credit as an elective for high school.  Students must have 26 credits or more to graduate high school.  It also satisfies the prerequisite for taking BIM (Business Information Management) at the high school.
