Making Education A Priority! Welcome to the area of the Grapevine-Colleyville ISD website dedicated to Texas school finance and GCISD budget planning. School districts across the state are facing a growing financial crisis and preparing for significant budget cuts as they continue to see the cost of educating students outpace funding from state lawmakers. GCISD already has implemented budget cuts and staffing reductions, and more will be necessary in coming years. This site is designed to be our community’s source for information related to state school funding, the impact on GCISD, and the District’s plan of action for the future.
